Modular Expandability
Depending on your needs, VeeaHub STAX can be expanded with smart modules - whether it is Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) or a 5G module. Once installed, VeeaHub STAX automatically detects and configures the modules, allowing you to monitor and manage their status over Veea Control Center or VeeaHub Manager. These modules can be pre-installed as a bundle or can be shipped separately for technician installation as the needs of your business grow.

Now with 5G
The 5G module provide businesses with high-speed internet access, even in areas where traditional wired connections may be unreliable or unavailable. This is especially valuable for remote sites, temporary locations, or businesses operating across multiple locations.

New: NVMe Support
NVMe is a transport and storage access protocol developed for next-generation solid-state drives (SSDs) - enabling AI-powered applications, 5G networks, gaming, and high-resolution streaming, ensuring a seamless, low-latency user experience.

Expandability
Grows with your business

VeeaHub STAX supports a wide range of modules that expand the connectivity options of the base unit.
5G provides high-speed connectivity in remote areas and serves as a backup for network outages, while PoE simplifies setup by delivering power and data through a single Ethernet cable, reducing infrastructure costs.

VeeaHub STAX is now available with a 5G module for super-fast WAN speed.
The 5G and PoE modules for VeeaHub STAX provide significant business benefits by enhancing connectivity and reducing the total cost of ownership (TCO). With the 5G Module, businesses gain high-speed wireless access in areas lacking reliable wired connections, and it serves as a backup during network outages, ensuring consistent operations. This is critical for industries requiring constant uptime, such as retail, healthcare, and logistics. The PoE module simplifies infrastructure by delivering both power and data through a single Ethernet cable, cutting down on installation costs and reducing the need for additional power outlets, making device placement more flexible.

With MicroSDXC (Up to 2 TB) and 2 Ethernet Ports, STAX provides ample storage and connectivity options built-in
NVMe for Super-Fast Storage
NVMe is a transport and storage access protocol developed for next-generation solid-state drives (SSDs). NVMe® performance is known for the fastest response times and highest throughput for different kinds of enterprise workloads. A mesh network of NVMe storage-powered edge nodes enhances CDN efficiency, reduces latency, and scales dynamically to meet future demands. It is particularly beneficial for AI-powered applications, 5G networks, gaming, and high-resolution streaming, ensuring a seamless, low-latency user experience.
Storage Applications
- Edge CDN for high-performance content delivery solution for edge applications.
- NAS for an edge cluster for high-performance storage solution for edge applications.
Persistent storage offered by NVMe, as a NAS or edge CDN, on a large mesh cluster of edge nodes can provide for tens of TB of storage.
Examples of AI-based applications of NVMe Clusters
- Streaming and Video on Demand (VoD) with real-time video analytics,
- Inference workloads: fast access to models and data for lowest inference times and latency,
- Training workloads: high-throughput and low-latency access to large datasets for fast training times and improved model accuracy,
- Data preprocessing: fast access to data for fast data preprocessing and feature engineering,
- Healthcare: AI-powered healthcare applications such as medical imaging storage and analysis,
- Smart Infrastructure: AI-powered applications for smart commercial buildings, campuses, schools, etc.
- Much more
Connectivity
The VeeaHub STAX’s robust connectivity options make it an ideal solution for IoT (Internet of Things) and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) applications. With support for the latest Wi-Fi standards, Bluetooth, Zigbee, and Thread, it serves as a versatile hub capable of powering everything from smart building automation to industrial sensor networks. These features make it an ideal solution for businesses looking to build scalable, high-performance IoT infrastructures with minimal complexity.

With Tri-band Wi-Fi 6 (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax), businesses can support a vast number of connected devices with higher speed, lower latency, and improved performance, essential for environments where real-time data from IoT sensors and devices needs to be processed quickly and efficiently.
Bluetooth 5.x (Low Energy) and Classic 4.2 enable energy-efficient connections for wireless devices and sensors, ideal for smart buildings and wearables while Zigbee 3.0/Pro and Thread provide reliable, low-power mesh networking, making them great for large-scale IoT setups in industries like manufacturing and automation. This mix of technologies ensures seamless device management, automation, and efficient data collection across IoT networks.
